Answering Incoming Calls
MD Agility will act as your off-site front desk. Your dedicated reception team
will answer all or the overflow* of incoming calls, triage, and schedule
patients according to your office protocol. This eliminates missed calls,
back log of voicemails, and hold time for your patients.
Your staff will also have more time to dedicate to your in-house patients and
provide them with the attention they deserve. All calls are recorded for quality
**Overflow calls are calls that ring at your office first and if not answered by a
determined time they will be forwarded to us to be answered.
Physician Initiated EMR Messages or Tasks
By using MD Agility to manage your patient messages or tasks, we will ensure your dedicated medical admin staff at MD Agility will assess the nature and urgency of each task and act upon it as appropriate. If an appointment needs to be booked, our staff will book the patient through the EMR. If a patient needs to be called and advised of a message from the physician, they will be called until the patient is reached. This process will be managed precisely as indicated in your custom practice protocol developed in consultation with you.
Having a Preventative Care program in place may add additional revenue to the practice. MD Agility will follow up and schedule all eligible patients so that physicians can claim their preventative care bonuses for infulenza vaccine, childhood immunizations, breast and cervical cancer screenings, etc.
By using MD agility to manage your incoming faxes, we will ensure each fax is uploaded into patient’s chart through your EMR on the same business day. Office efficiency and patient care will greatly increase as providers will have faster access to reports and/or results allowing them to schedule faster follow up visits. This service will also help in scheduling any new patient referral’s that comes in from other physicians.

Appointment Reminder Calls
MD Agility’s medical receptionist will make appointment reminder calls the day before scheduled appointments. This will ensure the personal touch remains with your patients rather than the automated robo calls. This process is customized for your clinic. For specialists, chart preparation can also be included.
